 Stylish Estepona Apartment is our fabulous, privately-owned, beach-side apartment at Dominion Beach, Estepona. Our Dominion Beach apartment is the ideal place to stay if you are looking for peace and tranquillity. It is large and spacious, and you can sleep 4 people comfortably. It has full air-conditioning (which provides cool or hot air depending on the season) and has marble floors throughout. This Estepona apartment is on the ground floor of the Dominion Beach urbanisation (complex) with beautiful tropical gardens and fountains. It is located mid-way between Estepona and San Pedro on Spain 's famous Costa del Sol, near to the towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus. Our Estepona Apartment
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
There are two large bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a super king-size (6 ft) bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds (3 ft each). Both bedrooms have plenty of cupboard space with lots of hangers provided for your clothes!
Living/Dining Room
The Living and Dining areas are large and spacious. The Dining table and chairs seat six people. There are two sofas that seat five people comfortably. There is Cable Television with many English channels, also a video, DVD player and CD/tape player provided. We have also provided some books, games and CD's.
Kitchen
The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with all conveniences, comprising cooker, 
hob,
dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/drier, kettle, coffee
maker, juicer, ironing board, iron, and plenty of saucepans, cutlery,
crockery and utensils.
W.C.
An additional toilet and hand-basin are situated off the large hall.
Terrace
The large, shady terrace area has dining table and chairs to seat four people. There are also two sun-loungers provided for relaxation.
Garden
This is accessed via two steps down to the sunny, grassed garden.
General
All bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels are provided - you only need to bring your own beach towels. We have provided a hairdryer, clothes airer and pegs.
Our managing agents are Spanish, and speak fluent English. We will provide you with contact details for them in the unlikely event that you will need them during your stay.
Apartment Facilites
The Swimming Pools
There are two swimming pools at our Estepona apartment. The beach pool (with children's pool attached) overlooks the sandy beach, with the beach accessible via a few steps. The second pool is surrounded by gardens in the middle of the complex. Sun beds and parasols are available at no extra charge at both of the pools.
The Beach at Dominion Beach
The beach at Dominion Beach is a fantastically long expanse of beautiful golden sand - even during the busiest season there is always plenty of room. In high season, sun-beds on the beach are available (at extra charge) with thick, comfortable mattresses.
Security
Dominion Beach has 24-hour security, with a gated entrance and security patrols.
Car Parking
We
have an underground parking space, which is available for your use at
no additional cost. The entrance/exit to the car park is very near our
Estepona apartment and can be accessed by stairs or lift.
Beach Bar
The Beach Bar offers friendly, multi-lingual staff, providing breakfasts, lunches, evening meals, drinks and snacks throughout the day.
Special Notes
The apartment is situated as 'third line' within the urbanisation (complex) which is located on the beach side of the coast road. This means it does not have a direct sea view from the apartment - it is, however, very close to both the pools and beach which can all be reached within about 30 seconds amble.
Disabled Access
We regret we cannot accept bookings from physically disabled people, as we consider that the layout of Dominion Beach is unsuitable for wheel-chair users.
Children
We are very happy to have children at our Estepona apartment, and we have provided some beach toys for them.
PetsWe are unable to accept bookings that include any pets or animals.
SmokingWhilst we accept bookings from people who smoke, we would respectfully ask you not to smoke inside our Estepona apartment.
Local Sports and Hobbies
There are numerous activities to participate in if you like an active holiday. Tennis, Golf, Horse-Riding, Scuba, Swimming, Para-Gliding, Jet-Ski, Bird-Watching, Sea-Fishing and Flora and Fauna are all available locally.
Local Towns and AttractionsThere are many local markets selling a variety of leather goods and craft items, including clothes, sun-glasses, shoes, belts, handbags and luggage.
ShoppingWithin 5 minutes drive of Dominion Beach , there is the large 'Carrefour' hypermarket, selling absolutely everything you could possibly need for your holiday. It has fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, meat, bread and milk, alongside many English products like Heinz Baked Beans and Kellogg's Cornflakes. Nappies, Deodorant, Sun Cream, Newspapers, Postcards and Stamps are also available.
Places To Eat
There is a huge array of restaurants and coffee bars, catering for all ages, tastes and pockets, including Spanish, French, Italian, German, Mexican, Swedish, Chinese and Indian. There is even a MacDonalds nearby to the 'Carrefour' hypermarket! As previously mentioned, Dominion Beach has it's own beach bar /restaurant.
MedicalThere are English-speaking Doctors, Dentists and Orthodontists available at both the nearby towns of Estepona and San Pedro, with a chemist/pharmacy available near the 'Carrefour' hypermarket.

We are happy to start and finish rentals on any day of the week. Please note we ask you to vacate the apartment on your departure day by 10.00 am.
If you like to have use of the apartment until it is time to travel home, and if your travel times don't match, you may need to consider booking the apartment for an additional period.
We generally are able to have the apartment cleaned and ready for your arrival, but cannot guarantee this until 4.00 pm.
Breakage/Damage
We do not ask you to make a breakage or damage payment in advance. We understand that the occasional glass or plate will get broken, and we do not charge for these, but you will have to pay for any larger items that are broken or damaged during your stay.
